Deposit Policy
To secure your reservation for one of our puppies, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This policy ensures that our puppies are matched with committed, prepared families and compensates us for holding a puppy exclusively for you during the reservation period.
Deposit Amount
A deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required to reserve your chosen puppy. This amount will be deducted from the total purchase price upon completion of the sale. The remaining 50% balance is due once the puppy has passed all health checks and received its full vaccinations, prior to delivery or collection.
What the Deposit Covers
Your deposit is used to secure and cover the following from the moment your reservation is confirmed:

Removing the puppy from our available listings

Holding the puppy exclusively in your name until it has passed all health checks and received its full vaccinations

All veterinary care, health examinations, and vaccinations administered during the holding period

Reservation fees with our partner kennel, who hold and care for your puppy exclusively on your behalf

Courier reservation costs, securing your puppy's transport slot with our trusted delivery partner

Administrative and coordination costs associated with your reservation
Because commitments are made immediately to both our partner kennel and our courier upon receipt of your deposit, these costs are incurred on your behalf from the outset and cannot be recovered if you choose not to proceed.
Reservation & Holding Period
Your puppy will be held exclusively in your name until it has passed all required health checks and received its full course of vaccinations. Only once these conditions are met will the puppy be cleared for delivery or collection and the balance payment requested.
We will keep you updated throughout this process and notify you promptly when your puppy is cleared and ready.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Terms
The deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

You change your mind or decide not to proceed with the purchase

You fail to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe once the puppy is cleared

You are unable to arrange or complete shipping/collection

You do not meet import or legal requirements in your country

You fail to respond to our communications within 48 hours, resulting in cancellation of your reservation
The deposit cannot be transferred to another puppy, another buyer, or held as credit for a future purchase under any circumstances.
Communication & Response Requirement
We will contact you at key stages of your puppy's journey, including health check updates, vaccination milestones, and clearance for delivery. You are required to respond to any communication from us within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited, as we cannot hold puppies indefinitely without active buyer engagement.
Exceptions - Puppy Exchange
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we will offer a like-for-like exchange for another available puppy in the following situations only:

The puppy passes away before delivery, through no fault of the buyer

The puppy fails its health checks or is unable to complete its vaccinations due to a serious medical condition, rendering it unfit for sale
Any exchange is subject to availability and will be arranged at our discretion. The exchange puppy will be of comparable breed, age, and value. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of an exchange.
International Sales & Import Responsibility
As we sell internationally, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to (unless discussed and agreed otherwise):

Verify import regulations and restrictions in their country before paying the deposit

Obtain any required permits, health certificates, or import licences

Arrange suitable shipping and/or meet collection requirements
We are not liable for any loss of deposit resulting from a buyer's failure to comply with their country's import laws.
Payment & Confirmation
Your reservation is not confirmed until the 50% deposit has been received and acknowledged by us in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer — details provided upon reservation confirmation

Online Payment — securely via our website

Cash — accepted in person by prior arrangement only
Agreement
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Deposit Policy in full.
