Welcome to Tiffany Puppies, operated by Hearts of Pets Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.tiffany-puppies.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or purchase a puppy. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are legally permitted to own a pet in your country or region.

2. Purchases, Deposit & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required to reserve your chosen puppy. The remaining balance is due once the puppy has passed all health checks and received its full course of vaccinations.

We accept payment via:

Bank Transfer — details provided upon reservation confirmation
Online Payment — securely via our website
Cash — accepted in person by prior arrangement only

By placing a reservation, you confirm you have read and agree to our full Non-Refundable Deposit Policy, available on our website.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of live animal sales, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase has been confirmed, except as outlined in our Deposit Policy.

3. Health Guarantee & Delivery

We provide a written health guarantee with each puppy, detailing vaccination history and any health screening carried out. Each puppy is cleared for sale only after passing all required veterinary health checks and completing its full vaccination programme.

While we take every precaution to ensure the health and wellbeing of our puppies, we cannot accept responsibility for health issues arising after delivery that are caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to changes in environment, diet, or aftercare.

Delivery is arranged individually with each buyer via our trusted courier partner. International buyers are solely responsible for complying with their country's import laws, quarantine regulations, and any required permits or documentation. Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

4. Puppy Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In the event that a reserved puppy passes away before delivery, or fails its health checks due to a serious medical condition rendering it unfit for sale, we will offer a like-for-like exchange for another available puppy of comparable breed, age, and value, subject to availability. No cash alternative will be provided.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy from us, you confirm that you:

Are legally permitted to own the breed purchased in your country or region
Have researched and understood the care requirements of the breed
Will provide a safe, suitable, and loving environment for the puppy
Will comply with all local animal welfare laws and regulations
Have verified all import requirements applicable to your country prior to paying your deposit

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate another person or provide false information
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or associated networks
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, videos, logos, text, and design, is the property of Hearts of Pets Ltd / Tiffany Puppies or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

8. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with our services. You confirm that any content submitted is accurate and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hearts of Pets Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

The use or inability to use our Site or services
Health issues arising after delivery due to factors outside our control
Delivery delays caused by courier, weather, or regulatory factors
A buyer's failure to comply with import or animal welfare regulations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the puppy in question.

10. Disclaimer

Our Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our Site, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
